I firmly believe in making our one-to-one training sessions fun and enjoyable, while
maintaining intensity to achieve your goals. Working out should not be a chore but
an exciting lifestyle change and an escape from the 9-to-5. Whether you’re slightly
gym-savvy and need a push to reach the next level or you’re someone who
shudders at the sound of the word “kettlebell”, I’m the instructor you need.
It all starts with a face-to-face showdown. We’ll sit and natter about the short- and
long-term fitness goals we want to conquer, identify what may be holding you
back from achieving greatness (so we can eradicate it) and, most importantly, get a
feel for one another — as a great relationship between you and your fitness
trainer can make all the difference in this game.

I’ve been putting folks through their paces since my sweet sixteenth so now, a decade later in the personal training business, it’s safe to say I’ve accumulated a juicy amount of experience that can’t be textbook-taught. From resistance training, to sports conditioning & functional training, we’ve got all bases covered
I’ve helped clients of all shapes, sizes, ages and genders get fit – and I’ve done it with a big ol’ grin on my face because I love my job and helping others!
An absolutely crucial part of any transformation is nailing the grub. But another very important lesson is balance! Being a foodie and a dab hand in the kitchen (if I do say so myself) I have plenty of tips and tricks to ensure you avoid the horrors of plain chicken and rice, while still working towards wellness. Custom-made diet plans and homemade recipes are at your disposal.
Not everyone who wants a whoopin’ lives in the big smoke, so it’s a good job I provide an online service for all your health and fitness needs! Using a state-of-the-art smartphone app for online coaching, I can monitor progress, alter your exercise program and chat to you 24/7.
